Fidel F. Del Valle is Counsel to the GNYTA. He is currently Board Secretary of Catholic Charities Neighborhood Services and a board member of the Prospect Park Alliance. Mr. Del Valle formerly served as Chairman of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission, President of Catholic Charities of Brooklyn and Queens, Counsel to the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission, attorney for the New York City Police Department, and Acting Inspector General for the New York City Probation Department. He was also one of the hosts of the Taxi Insider radio program for several years. He is a graduate of Fordham University and of New York University School of Law, and is admitted to the New York State Bar as well as to the Southern and the Eastern United States District Courts of New York.
